Meet the Friendly Rockledge Dental Team
Lisa, Business Manager
Lisa manages all aspects of the practice and oversees the office to ensure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. She was born in Hollywood, Florida, and she's lived in Melbourne since 1984, briefly living in Gainesville while her husband, Dr. Nichols, pursued his dental degree. Lisa has a well-rounded background in the dental field, having fulfilled various postions in over 15 years including lab technician, receptionist, manager, and dental assisting. Because always improving the practice is so important to Lisa, she's taken continuing education courses in Lumineers, Invisalign, CEREC, and practice management. She likes that Premier Walk-In Dental is focused on patient care right when the patients need it! Whether the patient comes in with a raging infection and severe pain or has an extremely busy schedule and finds it impossible to schedule an appointment in advance, they can just walk in and be treated the same day. Lisa is a great fit for our practice because she's goal oriented, organized, resourceful, and has great time management and problem solving skills. She is great with people and prides herself on creating a team environment where patient care comes first. Lisa loves spending time with her family, and she enjoys music, traveling, fine dining, decorating, reading, movies, and just kicking back and relaxing with her husband and their two dogs, Lily and Trinket.
Christi, Receptionist and Dental Assistant
Christi is cross trained in various office duties, both clinical and administrative, which definitely has its benefits. She can answer phones and greet patients, answering questions about both financial concerns and dental care. Also, she assists the dentists during procedures when needed. She's been in the dental field for over 15 years. She's earned her expanded functions dental assisting certificate and dental X-ray certification from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, and she holds a degree from Brevard Community College. Christi enjoys her job because she gets to work with people and give patients a positive perspective about coming to the dentist. Nothing is more rewarding than receiving gratitude from a patient for taking such good care of them. She takes pride in paying close attention to detail in both administration and assisting duties. In doing so, she feels that patients receive the best quality of care possible. She and her husband Keith have four kids, and they're a very active family, enjoying the outdoors, four-wheeling, camping, and boating. Christi also enjoys being out on the water in her kayak with her close friend, enjoying nature.
